STEP TO STEP:
Step 1: Access to http://sourceforge.net
Step 2: Register new account by click Join, fill your information and click register
Step 3: Login to your email account and confim email from sourceforge.
Step 4: Login to Sourceforge.net and click to: Create Project.
Step 5: Enter your project name, project nickname, and Description of project.
Description is important.
You can add your link here, but not user <a > tag, because it not accept html tag.
You only add a description like:
Here is tip: http://startnewweb.com
Sourceforge.net will auto addlink to your site.
